Replacement Policy

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:


1. No Return or Refund Policy

  • We do not offer returns or refunds on any products once sold.
  • Refunds will not be issued for:
    • Change of mind
    • Color differences due to screen resolutions
    • Accidental/delayed orders
    • Order the wrong size by mistake or without referring to the size chart.

2. Replacement Policy

We only provide replacements in the following cases:

  • Product is damaged upon delivery
  • Product has a clear manufacturing defect
  • Incorrect item (wrong size, design, or color than what was ordered) is received

To request a replacement, the customer must:

  • Contact us within 12 hours of delivery
  • Share a clear parcel opening video
  • Ensure the item is unused, unwashed, and with original tags & packaging intact. 
  • Returned parcel must not have any damage which wasn’t in video proof. In that case, no refund will be issued to the customer.

3. Parcel Opening Video is Mandatory

To be eligible for a replacement, the customer must provide a proper unboxing video that meets all the following conditions:

  • The video should start before opening the package, showing the intact parcel.
  • The product must be shown clearly from all sides.
  • The video must be continuous and unedited (no cuts, trims, or pauses).
  • The issue (damage/defect/wrong product) must be clearly visible in the video.
  • Video must be HD.
